This sequence is specifially designed for Spring, Wood Element and Liver meridian including flowing movements for the spine that develop flexibility and resilience for the entire body.

8 BROCADES QIGONG/ BA DUAN JIN
Ba Duan Jin Qigong was developed about 1000 years ago in China to help warriors become stronger and heal faster in battle. In modern times, you will balance energies that may have fallen out of harmony with an easily accessible practice that consists of 8 movements on the path to becoming a peaceful & balanced warrior.

Yin Yoga is a form of yoga specifically designed to strengthen and add resilience to the connective tissues and joints. We will hold supported poses for extended periods of time (3-6 minutes) targeting areas in the hips, low back, spine and legs to release tension, build bone density and increase mobility.
